A Trip to Poland (Gdansk)

The picture below shows the students including some teachers during our study trip to Poland as part of our EESI programme. We had been in Poland for a week and the picture was taken on our way back from Gadansk to Stockholm by ferry.

The old town was completely devastated during second World War but it was rebuilt again and a good attraction for tourists
The project area is shown below where EESI students from KTH carried out field work. The KTH group was divided into three groups. EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), Planning and Technical group. EIA group was further divided into three sub-groups such as SEA (Strategic Environmental Assessment), Physical & Social group. I was in SEA group.
